Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Hotfix 1.1.2 brings stability improvements and more

Hotfix 1.1.2 for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II landed on Sunday, with a number of quest fixes and stability improvements.

News in brief

  • Hotfix 1.1.2 fixes a number of crashes, quests, and combat issues.
  • It's available to download on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
  • Steam will download the hotfix automatically when the client is launched.

The latest hotfix from Warhorse Studios promises to improve the game's overall stability, with several crash fixes. It fixes a crash when spamming keys on the EULA screen or when looking at some locked chests and doors. There's also a fix for a crash occuring for some players during the game's loading after completing the dice mini-game, and a crash related to opening the horse inventory should now be resolved.

There are a number of quest fixes too, including a fix for the Kings Gambit quest where the quest interactor for wine no longer disappears, so players can continue pouring wine for guests. In Fortuna, Pavlena and Bozhena will no longer report the player for crimes during the quest.

Some players have reported needing to restart the game in order to receive rewards, and the hotfix should address this issue. For Epic Game Store players, the issue of achievements not being completed after longer than one hour of play should also be resolved. In combat, there's a fix for crossbow aiming zoom on ultrawide resolutions.

The post-launch roadmap shared in January revealed that three new expansions are on the way later this year. In Summer, we should see the first DLC, "Brushes with Death," with "Legacy of the Forge" following in Fall and "Mysteria Ecclesia" in Winter.
