The Christmas special of Overwatch's comic series has been banned in Russia.
Russian Overwatch fans can see the issue's cover, but cannot get beyond it to the actual comic. Instead, they get a message telling them that the comic is not available "in accordance with Russian law." The message doesn't really specify which Russian law is at play, but the only one that fits is the one against "gay propaganda" aimed at minors.
In case you're wondering, there is nothing explicit in the issue. It is a Christmas cheer story about Tracer having a hard time picking a Christmas gift for her girlfriend then sharing a passionate kiss when everything turns out well at the end.
Blizzard previously insinuated that Overwatch cast may include more than one LGBT character, but this is the first time it is pointed out clearly.
