If you planned to buy a game as part of the Steam winter sale, you need to do it soon as it comes to an end at 10AM Pacific Time (1PM EST, 6PM GMT) today. You can also enjoy the finale of the comic, Northpole Noir and perhaps even find a few more clues to see if there really is an ARG running in the background of this discount period.
Of course all of the games that have been on sale the entire time, have had their most heavily discounted sale price since the start, so all of the deals available now are just as good as they were yesterday and the day before. That might have meant you didn't keep coming back to buy more games, but it's worth considering that you might have missed a favourite along the way.
Big name games like Rocket League, Day Z and Call of Duty Black Ops are all discounted between 15 and 30 percent, while older and more niche titles like Don't Starve, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Age of Mythology can be found for as much as 75% less than their usual list price.
But if none of those strike your fancy, there are more than 10,000 discounted games up for grabs, including big sellers like Grand Theft Auto V, Ark: Survival Evolved, Dying Light, Civilisation V, Fallout 4 and much much more.
Personally I picked up Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced edition, Banished and the Metal Slug Games. All of them have seen a good few hours already, but I'm going to sit on them and play them through before picking up anything else, as tempting as some of those other deals are.
What did you buy yourself this holiday season?
