If you were one of the many players burned when the Stomping Land creator, Alex Fundora ran off with everyone's money, leaving a broken and very empty game, then perhaps you'll consider buying into upcoming early access, dinosaur survival game, ARK: Survival Evolved, as the developers are promising all TSL players will get a pair of Stomped Shades for their T-Rex so they can ride around in style.
The game is set to hit early access on June 2 and unlike the Stomping Land, will launch with over 70 different dinosaurs and monsters to chase down, corral, hunt and tame, all in an effort to survive on a hostile island and discover just why you have a metallic chip in your arm and what the world's mysterious technology is all about.
Along with the new sunglasses upgrade, Wildcard, the developers, have also announced a number of new dinosaurs and creatures hitting the game. As well as the dilophosaurus that is best acting as a small guard dog - apparently - there's a titanoboa monstrous constrictor snake, as well as a sabertooth tiger and a monstrous pteradon, for those that want to take to the skies.
Getting about the island is probably a lot easier atop one of those than anything else, but I'm not sure anything is going to beat riding a dinosaur with blinged-out Kanye-shades.
