The Witcher III: Wild Hunt finally launches today, after months of delays, years of development and what feels like even longer of hype and speculation. Finally, today we can get a feel of what the changed world Geralt lives is like for ourselves.
To whet our appetite for the action we'll be taking part in when work finally comes to an end later otday and we can get playing, CD Projekt Red has released a new trailer for the game, called Go Your Way, showing off some of the decision making elements of the game. We also get a look in at a different character, Ciri, as she tries to survive with the harsh realities of the world.
Some of the games' story is hinted at through the in-game cur scenes pictured and a few of its weirder enemies are showcased too, including a motley band of non-faced humanoids.
The trailer also shows off the simply stunning world that CD Projekt has created, with sprawling landscapes, epic mountains and valleys, and gorgeous forest brimming with wildlife - some hostile, some benign.
Fortunately the gameplay is said to be as good as the trailer seems to suggest. Have any of you had a chance to play it yet? If so, what did you think?
