witch ever order should work, but starting Game first is recommended than use Alt Tab to minimize the game and run the trainer restore the game and Activate the trainer!
Important: before you can use the trainer options it's important to know that you must first Activate the trainer when the game has finished loading.
To Activate the Trainer Please Press The "HOME" Key on your keybord when the game  has finished loading or while in game playing and wait for the activation sound to be heard.
after the the trainer has been activated the trainer is actiavted and you may select what option or options to enable.

Important: 
Before using this trainer make sure
 to disable any Firewalls or Antivirus Programs.
Allso Windows 7 Users should make sure to disable
Windows UAC completely or this trainer might not work
properly. Also If this trainer wont work for you

trainer also dont work on any virtual machine and will not activate and run properly if any is detected so use in orginal OS Windows with as less programs running as possible
while plying the game using the trainer.

TRAINER OPTIONS AND HOTKEYS
=========================================================================
Very Important: In order to activate and use this trainer properly due to how this game is handled.
Follow these steps carefully. Make sure to close all open programs,
0. Open and run the game.
Next - run the trainer but do not activate the trainer untill you have played the game for atleast a while.
Meaning.... a valid "play for a while" example below!
- Steps to take that is important before you try to activate this trainer and for the trainer to get fully activated -
1. Go in game, get to a weapon.
2. Fire that Weapon atleast 1 time.
3. Now get hurt taking damage in the game somwhere. next locate and enter and use a crafting station.
You should now be able to activate the trainer properly if you followed the above instructions fairly well. after activation -
you may now be able to use any of the options as you like. This is only a one time process to go through while a game session is active.
But remember that after restarting the game fully, eg. by "closing it down" and restarting it, You will have to redo the same thing again,
in order for this trainer to work.
        HOME KEY - Trainer Activation -          <----------------  Read above first before you use this to activate!
        F1 ~ Infinite Health
        ~ This keeps you alive and well.
        F2 ~ Infinite Ammo/ No Reload
        ~ This gives you ammo and removes the need to reload.
        Note: To use below options proerly, you need to visit a crafting station.
        Enable options and enter the crafting menu,
        toggle back out from the crafting menu to in game.
        Repeat above for more.
        F3 ~ Set Scraps
        ~ Allows you to set a constant small amount of Scraps.
        F4 ~ Add Fullerene
        ~ Allows you to add and increase your current Fullerene
        F5 ~ Add Amber
        ~ Allows you to add and increase your current Amber.
        F6 ~ Add Dimedron
        ~ Allows you to add and increase your current dimedron.

id suggest you either check and learn on the internet about trainers/files in general being "packed/Encrypted" and alerts Av's falsely or throw that AV in the nearest recyclebin :)
or dont use my trainers. simple huh?
