What it is?
-----------
This little tool helps you all around Diablo II. The current
version only allows to cheat a few things, but I will work on it.
The best is it works on singleplayer, TCP/IP and OPEN BATTLE.NET
if you are hosting the game!
How to use it?
--------------
While you are playing, hit the ESC key and change with ALT + TAB to the
Mastertool. The first time you want to cheat, you have to find out the
baseaddress of your character in the Diablo II memory. To find it out
choose the "BASEADDRESS" tabsheet and press the "FIND BASEADDRESS"
button. A new window will open. Select on the combobox a memoryarea you
want to search in. The baseaddress is mostly found in $D10000-$D1FFFF,
so it is as default when you open the window. Now press the "START"
button and wait a while until he founds the characterstructure or not.
If not, you have to select another memoryarea and to press the "START"
button again.
When it found the characterstructure, it tells you your current values.
If these are incorrect, you may have a different version of Diablo II
I tested with. Then take a look at my homepage for updates. Mastertool
remembers the current baseaddress and will offer you at your next
start to search at the last baseaddress, so you wont have to search
each start such a long time.
If the main values are correct, close the searchwindow and select the
"CHEAT" tabsheet. Before you are able to cheat, you have to activate
the cheats. Press the "ACTIVATE CHEATS" button to do this.
Then you have free choice to change your number of goldpieces in your
bankbox, your experience and the number of attribs and skills you have
to set. Enter the new value and press the "W"-Button to set the new
value. Every value needs to get noticed from Diablo II first. So When
you change your experience, you have to kill an enemy to see changes.
When you change attribs or skills you have to level up or save and
reload your game.
Mastertool offers you different modes of cheating: Infinite health,
mana and stamina. The powermode includes all three choices. Just
activate the checkboxes on the left side. But remember, you always
have to ACTIVATE CHEATS first, or nothing will happens.
If it does not work

If you have Diablo II version 1.02 and one or more cheats does not
work, restart Diablo.
Updates will make you able to
-----------------------------
- a better infinite mana / health / stamina function which will
  increase maximum values too while activated
- cheating more values like specific attribs, specific skills,
  waypoints, gold
- probably cheat characters of other players in your hosted game
- you will be able to spam over a lot of channels to buy or sell your
  stuff
- activating a function that drinks your potions in your belt if your
  health or mana value falls under a specified value. If your potions
  are mostly used, it will give a an alarmsound to refull your belt.
  Only for SoundBlaster Live! equiped PCs or you wont hear the sound.
  This function will work on CLOSED chars too.
