      In-game Hotkeys:
         NUMPAD 1: Infinite Health
         NUMPAD 2: Infinite Ammo
         NUMPAD 3: Get lots of money             (see notes)
         NUMPAD 4: Max Respect + Skill points    (see notes)
         NUMPAD 5: Bribe meter always full
         NUMPAD 6: No Heat                       (see notes)
         NUMPAD 7: Stop Mob War Timer
         NUMPAD 8: One Hit Kill
         NUMPAD 0: Toggle In-game Menu           (see notes)
      IMPORTANT NOTES:
      - For the INGAME MENU to work, you have to run the trainer BEFORE the
      game and KEEP IT RUNNING WHILE THE GAME IS STILL RUNNING.
      - Most of the options can be toggled ON and OFF by pushing the hot key
      again, you will hear a confirmation beep sound.
      - Get lots of money: after enabling the option you'll need to pick up some
      money to see the changes.
      - Max Respect + Skill points: same as money you'll need to gain some
      respect (e.g. extort a business, kill an enemy, etc.) to activate the
      changes.
      - No Heat: the game will still say the heat level is increasing but cops
      won't be chasing you.
      *TESTED ON RELOADED CRACK / CLONEDVD VERSIONS.
