Tab + 2 - Extra Money
Tab + 3 - Full Health
Tab + 4 - Higher Wanted Level
Tab + 5 - Lower Wanted Level
Tab + 6 - Tank
Tab + 7 - Destroy All Cars
Tab + 8 - Change Costume
Tab + 9 - Crazy Pedestrians
Tab + 0 - All Pedestrians Attack You
Tab + q - Peds Fight Each Other
Tab + w - Time Advances Quicker
Tab + e - Very Fast Game Clock
Tab + r - 100% Armor
Tab + t - Mad Werather
Tab + y - Clear Weather
Tab + u - Cloudy Weather
Tab + i - Rainy Weather
Tab + o - Foggy Weather
Tab + p - Invisible Cars
Tab + a - Flying Car
Tab + s - Improved Car Handling

You might want to print a copy of all that out :D
Copy the trainer into your GTA3 folder for the start gta3 button to work.
Problems with the mission timer should now be fixed too. It'll work for all missions with the standard orange/red timer, i dont think any other type is used :)
