First, the unlocker. It only unlocks the Russian Missions at Normal
Difficulty. You do not get access to Easy or Hard Difficulties with
the Ruskies. Also, their unlocker neglected to unlock any of the German
Campaign Missions.
Second, the Savegame Editor. Ok, nice see an editor. They take a good
deal of programming/debugging to do. However, that editor crashes at
launch on Win 98/ME. So, I personally don't know if it even works at
all. The NFO file says it allows you to edit which Campaign you are on
and which Difficulty is set.
But nonetheless, that is not really an unlocker, hence this PROPER. And
also factor in that Win 98/ME users can not run the editor, equal another
good reason for a PROPER (complete) unlocker.

Unlocks:
All 10 Missions of the Russian Campaign
at each of the 3 Difficult Settings
All 10 Missions of the German Campaign
at each of the 3 Difficult Settings
Grants you 10042 in Money to buy any or all of the Plane Upgrades for
any Campaign/Mission

Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Always make a backup copy of your game file(s) first:
Pilots.dat
2. UnRAR the archive to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
3. At the Main Menu, select:
Resume Game -> (Choose one of the TNT_XXX_YYYY Profiles)
After you select a mission, you can access the Plane Upgrades section.
The TNT Profiles should be self-explanatory, but here you go anyways:
TNT_Rus_Easy = Russian Easy
TNT_Rus_Norm = Russian Normal
TNT_Rus_Hard = Russian Hard
TNT_Ger_Easy = German Easy
TNT_Ger_Norm = German Normal
TNT_Ger_Hard = German Hard
