  No need to press ALT-TAB to get to this Trainer Menu, simply apply/toggle
  your favourite trainer-cheat to the running Game by pressing any of the
  following keys during game-play:
     F5 - Unlimited Turbo (IMPORTANT: Make sure you "gain" a little "Turbo"
                           first which is achieved by bumping into any of
                           the red and white poles at all Check-points!)
