 Release notes:
   Damn, I forgot to modify a couple of flags in my trainer source for this
   when I released it.. which meant you'd have to tap the keys a couple of
   times on some functions to get a result... annoying.
   Really sorry about that, heres the fixed trainer.. enjoy.
 Instructions for use
   Run the trainer and use the ingame keys. You can load the trainer at any
   time, and optionally load the game from within the trainer if you wish :)
   F8: money boost, F9: max & freeze shields, F10: freeze fuel,
   F11: freeze missiles, F12: zero and freeze weapon energy.
