1. Start game then run the trainer.
2. Press [INSERT] while you are on the mapscreen to activate the Coins Hook.
   Use [NUMPAD 3] to increase your coins.
3. Press [HOME] while you are in a level to activate the Health Hook.
   Use [NUMPAD 0] to freeze your health.
   Use [NUMPAD 1] to become invincible. You can walk through enemies and skip the level pretty fast. Might not work on bossfights.
   Use [NUMPAD 2] to deactivate invincibility.
