Note that parts of this game are heavily scripted.  Deaths can be scripted.  Killing certain characters too quickly can break scripts.  Being invisible or invisible to certain characters can break scripts.  If things seem stuck, toggle off and try reload checkpoint.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated.  You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
