       RELEASE NOTES:
       Unpack the included rar file into you PolMachine directory and
       when asked for permission to overwrite file, accept. Remember to take
       a backup of the file before overwriting, so you always can return to
       normal.
       This cheat will give full increasement in integrity, comeliness,
       compassion, charisma, intelligence, religious, experience, media bias,
       party loyalty, military experience, minority appeal, credibility, fund
       raising ability and stamina. This is active for all the characters you
       can choose from in the beginning.
       Money is increased to $1.215.751.192.
       IMPORTANT NOTE:
       The game has an option build in that detects if you alter any files.
       That will result a warning about corrupt files note when you launch
       the game, which means that online multiplayer gaming is disabled.
       No biggie, so don't freak out thinking your game is broken.
