   Unzip/Unrar trainer  into  any  directory,  then  start  the  trainer
   with  "pdtrain.exe",  and finally  start  the  game.  During  gameplay
   toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:
      Hotkey              Option
      F2                  Infinite Health
      F3                  Infinite Ammo/No Reload
      F4                  Disable All Options
   REPACK NOTES: Later in the game you can fall off heights and
                 get hit by grenades where you would instantly die.
                 It has been fixed now. Enjoy!
