Play as Dark Mega Man

At the character select screen highlight MegaMan X then press Circle Circle Left Left Left Left Left Left then hold L1 R2 and press X.

Play as Dark Zero

At the character select screen highlight Zero then hold R1 and press Right Right Right Right Right Right. Release R1 then hold Circle and press X.

Ultimate Armor

Highlight "X" and press Circle Circle Left Left Left Left Left Left then hold L1 R2 and press Start. The first Dr. Light capsule you find will give you ultimate armor.

All Weapons Abilities Ammo

At the Title screen press Up Down Left Left Circle Square Triangle X X X Left Up.
