In the upcoming reboot of Need for Speed, one of the big aspects that the developers are pushing is vehicle customisation. Whether you attach a body kit or not, just about every panel, or every car can be tweaked or switched out for a different version, whether it looks bolted on or not. It's down to you what you do with every aspect of your vehicle, meaning that no two should look alike, which can become common place in these sorts of games as people figure out the best car for the job on any particular track.
And that's not even mentioning the lights, exhausts, spoilers, rims, as well as detailed colour tweaks to give near infinite color schemes and wrap designs, letting you customise it to your heart's content.
Moving on from the visual though, there's hundreds of performance related upgrades too, with users able to tweak all aspects of their cars handling, acceleration, gear ratios and tyre pressure, allowing for a truly customised ride, focused on what you want, whether that's covering the quarter mile quickest, or drifting around every corner.
Need for Speed is set to launch on current-gen consoles on November 3, with a visually improved PC version with 60FPS coming in early 2016.
