Rocket League is one of this year's break out titles, giving many, many gamers hundreds of hours of entertainment and competitive action of car-based football. Still, it's clear that the game took some inspirations from real games like Ice Hockey in the designs of its pitches, so why not convert it all over for December?
That's what will happen if you try and play Mutator modes throughout the month, as alongside the release of the Wasteland map and Chaos Run DLC, Rocket League will be turned into a snowy landscape for those looking for an alternative game.
Alongside the new game mode, which sees the game's ever bouncy ball replaced with a much less buoyant puck, players will have the chance to unlock Christmas themed aesthetics, as well as buy new toppers and trails that fit in a similar theme.
The Ice Hockey extravaganza will end on 4th January and won't run again until this time next year, so make sure you get your gaming done if you want to try it out.
