Everyone's favourite backstabbing rebel, Lando Calrissian, is set to show up in the next big update for Star Wars Battlefront, expected in June. Known as the Bespin Expansion, it will feature four new maps for the most popular game modes, as well as AT-ATs within Cloud City itself, a new fighter squadron mode and you can even spend a little time in a carbonite chamber if someone professes their love for you and you're not ready.
Other smaller additions include the aforementioned lord of Cloud City, Dengar the bounty hunter, a new game mode, additional blaster weapons and new Star Cards too.
However this expansion is only for those who order it or who have previously purchased the season pass. Everyone else however will get some updates with the expansion, including some new in-game events in the form of community missions, special login events and a couple of extra double score weekends.
We also hear that there are new Hutt Contracts opening up, giving players the chance to unlock powerful new Star Cards and we're told that there are a few "surprises," supposedly related to those that would rather play the game offline without friend (as per ).
More details about content still yet to be released for the game, are expected to be revealed on the official Star Wars day, May 4th. We'll likely here more about the final two big expansions expected after this one.
