Valve is famous for taking care of its fans, but it seems that this hasn't been entirely true for some of them.
"If you look at the customers that I feel we've done the worst job taking care of, it's the people who bought The Orange Box on the PS3," Valve's Gabe Newell admitted, "and that's a source of frustration. Those are people I have trouble saying anything other than, 'yeah, I'm sorry, you have a legitimate beef with us.'"
But there is a reason behind that. "That grew out of how that product was developed," Newel explained. "We didn't have in-house resources to do updates and deliver the same content we've been delivering to PC and Xbox."
