The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been a long time coming, with teases, trailers, screenshots of the beautiful world it inhabits and even a board game released over the past year, it's finally almost time to crack open the game and begin playing. To make sure that gamers can get on and play the RPG as soon as it launches on the 19th, they can now begin pre-loading the game via GoG and Steam.
Considering the final game weighs in at 35GB, that might be a good idea if your internet connection isn't the most powerful.
It's not clear at the moment if those that pre-ordered the game digitally on the Xbox One or PS4 will also be able to pre-load the game, but if you have it on PC you can certainly begin today.
Early reviews will also be released in a few hours, so for anyone still on the fence about the third chapter in the long running RPG series, it shouldn't be long before we know whether CD Projekt Red has delivered on its promises.
One that it has pulled through with however is the fact that the game will have plenty of free DLC to thank gamers for playing. The only two paid for content packs will have 10-20 hours of extra gemplay in them.
Who here is pumped for the release of Wild Hunt?
