with "pztrain.exe", and finally start the game. During gameplay
toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:

1 Infinite 'MEGA' Shield
2 Infinite 'MEGA' Health
3 Infinite Ammo/Grenades
4 Infinite Flashlight
0 Resume All Back To Normal
